SOLUTION
EtOH’s unique process accelerates the process of aging spirits from years to just a few days. By combining several technologies, such as ultrasound, heat and oxygen, EtOH’s custom-built reactor extracts natural flavours and nuances, and transforms raw spirits into mature, complex and flavourful masterpieces. With the high-tech process’ level of precision and 36% saving on CO2 emissions, it has the potential to transform the world of spirits into an agile, sustainable industry.

EtOH offers a range of their own spirits to customers from all over the world, who value their unique combination of high quality spirits and sustainable production methods. Team
With a background in food science engineering and brew making, founder Tobias Emil Jensen started EtOH aspiring to bring innovation to an industry steeped in tradition. Today, after years of development, engineering and academic research in collaboration with the University of Copenhagen, EtOH is constituted by a small, efficient team dedicated to revolutionizing the future of spirits integrating passion and technology.
