Problem
There is a global shortage of experienced radiologists, and even routine x-ray analysis can be a time-consuming process. As a result, many patients aren’t getting their diagnoses in time — and when they do, there is a high risk of misdiagnosis due to human error.
SOLUTION
Radiobotics provides an AI-based supporting tool that replicates the work of an expert radiologist, delivering more consistent analysis than by visual inspection alone. The output consists of a structured text report with findings, accompanied with a visual overlay explaining each finding. This process ensures a high reporting uniformity across hospitals, enabling more effective management of patient records.
The technology has been developed in close collaboration with skilled clinicians, in order to best accommodate their needs and requirements. Radiobotics has obtained its first CE-mark in 2020, and FDA clearance in 2021.
KEY CUSTOMERS & INTERNATIONAL PRESENCE
Radiobotics provides solutions for hospitals, primary care, and teleradiology, and has operations throughout Scandinavia, the United Kingdom, and the USA.
Team
Radiobotics has an extraordinary team of engineers with domain expertise from working closely with doctors, biomedical research, and medical images - combined with colleagues with experience and expertise from other startups, funding and commercialization within the healthtech industry.
Unique selling point
Radiobotics has a unique focus on musculoskeletal radiology and has an exclusive data partnership with Vrad (US largest teleradiology provider). This gives Radiobotics the ability to build unique products with superiour performance.
Asia Connection
With an aging population and an acute lack of radiologists, there is a strong potential for Radiobotics’ solution to be implemented in East Asia. Radiobotics is looking for distribution partners, clients, and new ideas
