Problem

Workers with low and middle-level qualifications are often averse to submitting formal resumes and cover letters. As a result, many of them simply do not apply for the job, or apply with a resume that disqualifies them from the very start.

SOLUTION

NO-CV has created a paperless recruitment platform (SaaS) which makes the entire application process more efficient. Their services include publishing job ads on different channels (including social media), automating candidate assessment processes using proprietary algorithms, easy communication and selection of candidates.

Candidates apply for jobs through an easy-to-use multilingual app where it only takes a few minutes to create a profile. The platform then picks the most suitable candidates by utilizing automated algorithms, with the HR manager making the final decision on who to hire.

KEY CUSTOMERS AND INTERNATIONAL PRESENCE

NO-CV’s key customers are companies with a regular need to fill open positions that require medium and lower qualifications (specialists, IT-support, customer support, blue collar, etc.). They currently have business operations in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and Denmark.
