Problem

European cleaning companies spend more than EUR 7 billion a year on worker salaries to operate 1.2 million cleaning machines. There is a huge potential for cost reduction by transitioning to a greater level of autonomous movement.

SOLUTION

Squad Robotics has developed a simple-to-use software AI product - Squad AI - for orchestrating manual and robot cleaning machines. The software makes it possible to autonomise machine movements down to 4 cm. precision, and to communicate and coordinate with each other, to ensure redundancy and better fleet management. Additionally, the software provides deep intelligence for optimizing the utility of the machines, and supports plug’n’play from different manufacturers. Squad Robotics provides manufacturers of floor cleaning machinery with a technological edge to outperform their competitors, generate new revenue streams, and reduce the operating costs for their customers.

KEY CUSTOMERS AND INTERNATIONAL PRESENCE

Manual machine manufacturers: Support the value of manual machines, and the transformation to being a robot vendor. Track record - Partnership, Supplier and Distribution deals with two top 10 European Manufacturers Columbus and Stolzenberg (Germany).

Cleaning companies: Integrate robotic and digitization products into operations to generate ROI. Track record - Partnership established with the largest cleaning company in each of the three Baltic countries.

Robot machine manufacturers: Help accelerate user demand of their machines. In pipeline, for the next 18 months.

Team

Squad Robotics team consists of 19 professional individuals. Their team is made up of business leaders and scientists, and even a University Dean. The technical team has come from Riga Technical University - all of whom are passionate about the future of robotics and Industry 4.0.

Unique selling point
