Problem
Heavy industries rarely leverage the potential of new technologies in their training programs, and often rely on traditional classroom training. Physical simulators can be considered expensive to build and maintain.
SOLUTION
Kanda has developed a platform that allows for complex certified simulators to be done 100% digitally. This platform allows for standard certificate training to be available on a subscription basis whilst eliminating training-related travel. The certification is done in collaboration with Lloyd's Register, and their present customer portfolio covers several leading industry corporations, including Siemens Gamesa, Getinge and Eastern Pacific Shipping.
KEY CUSTOMERS AND INTERNATIONAL PRESENCE
Kanda has customers in most ASEAN countries, especially within renewable energy, maritime, and healthcare. While these fields differ quite significantly in practice, their approach to training is almost identical.
Unique selling point
Kanda is uniquely adapted to handle high levels of complexity. Kanda has pushed the limits of what has been considered attainable in simulation training, to a point where they support hundreds of steps, thousands of interactive 3D models, and millions of configurations. These complex training simulations come in a certifiable package available across multiple types of devices.
Asia Connection
Kanda has a subsidiary in Singapore, a development team located in Indonesia, and employees hailing from Malaysia and Hong Kong.
