Problem
Although 80% of organizations consider the mental wellbeing of their employees crucial to their success, only 12% actively address the issue of psychological safety.
SOLUTION
Mindclip has developed an app that directly addresses the mental wellbeing of employees, by providing a safe space to give and receive feedback. The app helps the team members become aware of how others perceive their behavior based on an easy to carry out assessment, thus providing a basis for changing their behavior for the benefit of the team.
In addition, Mindclip helps employees develop micro-habits that improve individual growth and team performance. Micro-habits are actions that require minimal effort to complete, but over time build to create lasting behavior change and mental well being.
KEY CUSTOMERS AND INTERNATIONAL PRESENCE
Mindclips is currently active in Finland and Germany. Customers include ePiece, Collective Crunch, and INGA.
